摘  要:文章以苏州地铁3号线上方某厂房拆除项目为依托,基于隧道所处地质条件、拟拆厂房与盾构隧道相对位置关系和轨道交通结构特点,进行厂房拆除机理分析,并建立三维仿真模型,分析了8种厂房拆除方案对周边土体变形、盾构隧道变形及其内力的影响。结果表明:厂房地面建筑拆除及基础开挖主要引起下方盾构隧道产生竖向隆起变形,且下部基础开挖为主要影响阶段,各方案施工后的隧道竖向变形不超过10 mm,衬砌裂缝均在0.3 mm以下,厂房拆除遵循“地面建筑分层、分块拆除,下部基础独立、跳仓、限时开挖,及时回填”的原则,可有效减少隧道结构变形和位移,保证盾构隧道运营安全。Relying on the demolition project of a factory building above Suzhou Metro Line 3,andbased on the geological conditions of the tunnel,the relative position relationship between the plant to be demolished and the subway tunnel,and the structural characteristics of rail transit,the mechanism of plant demolition was analyzed,and a three-dimensional simulation model was established to analyze the influence of eight plant demolition schemes on surrounding soil deformation,subway tunnel deformation and internal force.The results show that:the ground building demolition and foundation excavation mainly cause the underground subway tunnel to produce vertical uplift deformation,and the partial foundation excavation is the main influence stage.The tunnel vertical deformation after the construction of each scheme is not more than 10 mm,and the lining cracks are less than 0.3 mm.The principle of"backfill"can effectively reduce the deformation and displacement of tunnel structure and ensure the safety of subway tunnel operation.
