摘　　要：大枣多糖是大枣中重要的生物活性物质,是由单糖组成的中性多糖和酸性多糖。大枣多糖具有调节血糖及补血、调节动物肠道健康、提高机体免疫、抗氧化及抗衰老等较多生物学功能。目前大枣多糖在鸡、猪、羊、牛等畜禽上都有应用,具有很大的发展潜力以及广阔的发展空间。本文主要综述了大枣多糖的生物学功能及其在畜禽上的研究,并对大枣多糖在畜禽上的应用提出展望,为开发绿色饲料添加剂提供理论参考。Jujube polysaccharides are important biologically active substances in jujube,which are composed of monosaccharides,neutral polysaccharides and acid polysaccharides.Jujube polysaccharides have many biological functions such as regulating blood sugar,strengthening blood,regulating animal intestinal health,improving immunity,anti-oxidation and anti-aging.At present,jujube polysaccharides are used in chickens,pigs,sheep and cattle,which has great development potential and broad development space.This review summarizes biological function of jujube polysaccharide and their research in animal production,and puts forward the prospects for the application of jujube polysaccharides in animal production,to provide a theoretical reference for development of green feed additives.
