摘　　要：血液系统恶性肿瘤是临床常见的难治复发疑难危重症,砷剂在血液病治疗中卓有成效。本文以肠道菌群为切入点,从“菌-病”“菌-药”两方面进行综述,以期为揭示肠道菌群在血液系统恶性肿瘤的发生、发展及对砷剂药效和毒性效应的研究提供新思路。Hematological malignant tumor is a common clinical refractor,recurrent and difficult critical diseases.Arsenic trioxide has been proved to be effective in the treatment of hematological diseases.In this paper,intestinal flora is reviewed from aspects of"bacteria disease"and"bacteria medicine",in order to provide new ideas for revealing the occurrence and development of intestinal flora in hematological malignancies,as well as the curative effect and toxicity of arsenic.
