摘　　要：目的探讨死亡相关蛋白激酶3(DAPK3)和细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶8(CDK8)在宫颈癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法选取厦门市第五医院2018年1月至2021年1月进行宫颈癌手术治疗的患者86例,取手术过程中的宫颈癌组织与癌旁正常组织进行研究,探讨宫颈癌组织与癌旁正常组织中DAPK3与CDK8表达情况、宫颈癌组织中DAPK3与CDK8表达与临床特征的关系及DAPK3与CDK8表达在宫颈癌组织中的相关性。结果宫颈癌组织DAPK3低表达率(75.58%)明显高于癌旁正常组织(16.28%),CDK8高表达率(86.05%)明显高于癌旁正常组织(9.30%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DAPK3与CDK8在宫颈癌组织中的表达同年龄、病理类型、FIGO分期、分化程度无明显相关性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);DAPK3与CDK8表达在宫颈癌组织中呈负相关,相关性中度(r=-0.552,P=0.000)。结论在宫颈癌组织中DAPK3表现为低表达,CDK8表现为高表达,两者呈中度负相关,两者与患者年龄、病理类型等临床特征不存在相关性,可为临床提供参考。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of death-associated protein kinase 3(DAPK3)and cyclin-dependent kinase 8(CDK8)in cervical carcinoma tissues.Methods A total of 86 patients who received surgical treatment of cervical carcinoma in the Fifth Hospital of Xiamen from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected for a study of their cervical carcinoma tissues and the normal tissues adjacent to the carcinoma during the operation.The expression of DAPK3 and CDK8 in the cervical carcinoma tissues and the normal tissues adjacent to the carcinoma,the relationship between the expression of DAPK3 and CDK8 in the cervical carcinoma tissues and clinical features,and the correlation between the expression of DAPK3 and CDK8 in the cervical carcinoma tissues were investigated.Results The low expression rate of DAPK3 in the cervical carcinoma tissues(75.58%)was significantly higher than that in the normal tissues adjacent to the carcinoma(16.28%),and the high expression rate of CDK8(86.05%)was significantly higher than that in the normal tissues adjacent to the carcinoma(9.30%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The expression of DAPK3 a nd CDK8 in the cervical carcinoma tissues had no significant correlation with the age,pathological type,FIGO staging and degree of differentiation,and the differences were statistically insignificant(P>0.05).The expression of DAPK3 in the cervical carcinoma tissues was negatively correlated with that of CDK8,and the correlation was moderate(r=-0.552,P=0.000).Conclusion In cervical carcinoma tissues,the expression of DAPK3 is low expression,while the expression of CDK8 is high expression.The two are moderately negatively correlated.There is no correlation between them and the clinical characteristics of the patients such as age and pathological types,etc.These can be reference for clinical practice.
