摘 要:钢铁行业人力资源统计从2008年建立至今已十三周年,历年来中钢协发布的人事劳资统计数据为各大钢企进行数据分析、对标挖潜都提供了最权威和有效的资料。以陕钢集团为例,就陕钢集团近年来在企业发展过程中人事劳资统计方面的经验以及在数据应用方面取得的成果进行分析,探讨人事劳资统计在企业发展中的作用,并对大数据环境下其预期的应用进行展望,以期在企业未来的发展中更好地促进企业人力资源管理工作,推动企业高质量发展。It has been 13 years since the first edition of Iron&Steel Human Resource Staticsticwas published in 2008.Over the years,the labor statistics released by the China Iron&Steel Association have always been the most authoritative and effective tool for major industry players to analyze data and compare with benchmark enterprises.The article takes Shaanxi Iron&Steel Group(hereinafter called Shaangang)as an example to discuss the role of labor statistics by analyzing the group's experience in labor statistics and the achievements in data application in recent years of development.It also predicts possible application scenarios of labor statistics under big data,so as to improve human resource management and high-quality development of enterprises in the future.
