摘  要:目的:分析不同材料修复下颌第二前磨牙非龋性颈部缺损的生物力学行为。方法:制备右下颌第二前磨牙颈部缺损模型(对照),分别用IPS e.max(A组)、Celtra Duo(B组)、Filtek Z350树脂块(C组)、Lava Ultimate(D组)和Filtek Supreme XT(E组)5种材料修复缺损,修复后均采用垂直、颊向舌45°、舌向颊45°加载100 N进行实验,ANSYS有限元软件进行应力分析。结果:不同加载方式下各实验组牙体及修复材料均表现出相似的应力变化趋势,修复后各实验组应力值均较对照组明显降低,尤以Filtek Z350树脂块、Lava Ultimate和Filtek Supreme XT更为明显。同一组中,舌向颊45°加载更易促进牙体颈部应力集中。结论:同等载荷下,接近或低于牙体组织弹性模量的材料具有更好的应力分布模式,牙体修复效果可能更佳。Aim:To study the biomechanical properties of different materials in restored non-carious cervical lesions.Methods:The cervical defect model of right mandibular second premolar(control group)was repaired,and the IPS e.max(group A),Celtra Duo(group B),Filtek Z350 resin block(group C),Lava Ultimate(group D)and Filtek Supreme XT(group E)were used to restore it.Each model was loaded with 3 kinds of loads:vertical,buccal to lingual 45°and lingual to buccal 45°,and the loading force was 100 N.Finally,the stress distribution was analyzed by ANSYS software.Results:Each group showed similar stress distribution under different loading modes.The stress values of the experimental groups were significantly lower than that of the control group,especially Filtek Z350 resin block,Lava Ultimate and Filtek Supreme XT.For the same model group,45°loading from lingual to buccal was easier to promote the stress concentration in the cervical part.Conclusion:Under the same loading,the material which is close to or lower than the elastic modulus of tooth tissue has better stress distribution,and the restoration effect of tooth may be better.
