摘　　要：斑马鱼作为独具特点的新兴实验动物,已被广泛应用于肿瘤发生发展、抗肿瘤药物开发和筛选、最佳治疗方案确定等许多方面的研究。该文主要介绍斑马鱼肿瘤模型分类、特点及应用优势,旨在帮助人们了解和合理应用斑马鱼的肿瘤模型。Zebrafish,with unique characteristics,has been widely involved in the study of the occurrence and development of tumors,the development and screening of anti-tumor drugs,and the determination of the best treatment regimen.In this review,we highlight and raise awareness regarding the classification,characteristics and advantages of zebrafish tumor models,helping to understand and apply zebrafish tumor models reasonably.
