基于OBE理念的高校入党积极分子培训课程体系构建

摘　　要：随着全面从严治党的不断深入推进,各级党组织严把党员发展“入口关”,入党积极分子培训工作逐步走向规范化。但高校入党积极分子培训还存在着教学体系内容不够完备、教学管理过程不够规范、教学形式方法不够创新、师资水平不够均衡、考核评价方式不够科学等诸多问题。通过将OBE理念融入到高校入党积极分子培训教学中,以培训预期成果为目标进行课程设计、构建课程模块、转变教学观念、优化师资队伍、完善评价体系等五个方面对高校入党积极分子培训课程提出逆向改进策略,提高入党积极分子培训效果。With the continuous deepening of the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party,Party organizations at all levels strictly control the“entrance”of the development of Party members,and the training of Party activists is gradually standardized.However,there are still many problems in the training of Party activists in colleges and universities,for instance,the teaching system content is not complete,the teaching management process is not standardized,the teaching forms and methods are not innovative,the level of teachers is not balanced,and the assessment and evaluation methods are not scientific.Through the integration of OBE concept into the training and teaching of Party activists in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the reverse improvement strategies for the training course of Party activists in colleges and universities from five aspects:curriculum design,construction of curriculum module,transformation of teaching concept,optimization of teaching staff,and improvement of evaluation system,aiming at the expected results of trainingso as to improve the training effect of Party activists.
