摘 要:为了仿真预测整车高压系统的低频辐射发射强度,利用多端口网络理论将高压系统等效为端口网络,在FEKO软件中进行高压系统建模,仿真计算各端口间的散射参数(S参数),获得端口网络的耦合特性,并根据端口电压与电流的关系推导出整车辐射发射电压、电流预测公式,根据天线系数转换获得了预测电磁场。分别在40 km/h、16 km/h和70 km/h车速下进行实车参数采集,根据耦合特性以及实车采集参数进行了仿真预测,通过与GB/T 18387—2017中电磁场发射强度的预扫描(40 km/h)及终扫描(16 km/h、70 km/h)的测试结果进行对比,验证了整车电磁兼容(EMC)预测方法的有效性。To simulate and predict the emission intensity of vehicle low-frequency radiation in high-voltage system,high-voltage system is equivalent to the port network based on multi-port network theory,and high-voltage system is modelled in FEKO to simulate and calculate the Scattering parameters(S parameters)between the ports,and obtain the coupling characteristics of the port network.According to the relationship between port voltage and current,the formula for predicting the vehicle voltage and current of radiation emission is derived,then the predicted electromagnetic field is obtained through antenna coefficient conversion.Vehicle parameters are collected at vehicle speed of 40 km/h,16 km/h and 70 km/h respectively.Simulation prediction is carried out according to the coupling characteristics and the collected vehicle parameters.By comparing the pre-scan(40 km/h)and final scan(16 km/h,70 km/h)test results of the electromagnetic field emission intensity in the national Standards GB/T 18387—2017,the validity of the vehicle-level Electromagnetic Compatibility(EMC)prediction method proposed in this paper is verified.
