摘  要:针对小水线面双体科考船llOOkW已有的柴油发电机组气囊隔振系统仅对气囊充气进行控制,可能造成隔振装置姿态偏移过大、损坏橡胶接管及金属波纹管等设备的问题,根据气囊充放气控制原理,设计一套电控空气悬架系统,依据隔振装置姿态自动对气囊进行充放气。试验验证表明,所设计的电控空气悬架系统成功实现了对气囊的自动充放气控制,能够保证隔振装置姿态偏移保持在±1 mm以内。Aiming at the problem that the airbag vibration isolation system of 1100 kW diesel generator set on the small waterplane area twin hull(SWATH)ship only controls the airbag inflation,which may cause excessive attitude deviation of the vibration isolation device and damage the rubber connecting pipes and metal bellows,a set of electronically controlled air suspension system was designed according to airbag inflation and deflation control principles.The airbag was automatically inflated and deflated according to the attitude of the vibration isolation device.The test results show that the designed electronically controlled air suspension system successfully realizes the automatic inflation and deflation control of the airbag,and can ensure that the attitude shift of the vibration isolation device is kept within±1mm.
