提高基层公共卫生人才培养质量的思考

摘　　要：基层公共卫生人员承担着大量公共卫生服务和疫情防控工作,是群众重要的健康“守门人”。总体上来讲,当前基层公共卫生专业人员缺乏、素质不高,而基层公共卫生人才培养中也存在一些不足和问题。文章主要就如何改进基层公共卫生人才培养工作进行了探究分析。Public health personnel at the grassroots level are responsible for a large number of public health services and epidemic prevention work as important"gatekeepers"for the people's health.Generally speaking,there is a lack of professional public health personnel at the grassroots level and their quality is low.At the same time,deficiencies and problems in the training of grassroots public health talents exist.This paper mainly ex-plores and analyzes how to improve the training of grassroots public health talents.
