保安人员心肺复苏知识现状调查及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解保安人员心肺复苏(CPR)知识现状及其影响因素,为制定保安人员CPR培训方案提供参考。方法采用方便采样法,对上海市2家三甲医院、1个机场、16个商务楼,10个大卖场和14个社区的保安人员共600例进行调查,采用自行编制保安人员心肺复苏调查问卷,用单因素和多因素分析法分析影响保安人员CPR知识的影响因素。结果共完成600例保安人员的调查,保安人员CPR知识得分(25.72±12.31)分,处于低水平;单因素分析显示,年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、月收入、自身健康状况、保安职业分类、职称等级、既往职业、是否听说过CPR、是否会CPR操作、是否接受过CPR培训、有无CPR抢救经历、学习CPR的途径以及是否配备AED对保安人员CPR知识得分的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析进一步显示,年龄、月收入、保安职业分类、既往职业、是否听说过CPR、是否接受过CPR培训、是否配备AED为保安人员CPR知识的影响因素。结论保安人员CPR知识水平不容乐观,其中年龄、月收入、保安职业分类、既往职业、是否听说过CPR、是否接受过CPR培训、是否配备AED为保安人员CPR知识的影响因素,应从这几方面着手,重点加强不同职业分类保安人员的培训,以提升保安人员CPR知识水平。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of the knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)among security guards,and provide guidance for developing CPR training programs for them.Methods A convenience sampling on the security guards from 2 tertiary hospitals,1 airport,16 commercial buildings,10 supermarkets and 14 residential complexes was conducted.Data was collected from the questionnaire about the knowledge of CPR given to the security guards enrolled.Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the influ⁃encing factors of the knowledge of CPR.Results The total scores of the knowledge on CPR among security guards was l(25.72±12.31).Univariate analysis showed that age,education background,marital status,monthly income,health sta⁃tus,occupation classification occupation,professional title level,previous occupation,training,heard and performance of CPR,rescue experience of CPR,the way to learn CPR,and AED in public places had significant influence on CPR knowledge score of security guards(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,monthly income,oc⁃cupation classification,previous occupation,training and heard of CPR,and AED in public places were the main fac⁃tors affecting the knowledge of CPR among security guards(all of the P values<0.05).Conclusion The knowledge of CPR among security guards needs further improvement.Age,monthly income,professional classification,previous oc⁃cupation,training and heard of CPR,and AED in public places were the influencing factors of the knowledge of CPR among security guards.The training and intervention program should combine their cultural background and other in⁃fluencing factors to improve the level of CPR and first aid ability of security guards.
