摘　　要：目的调查三级甲等医院护士突发公共卫生事件应急能力现况,并分析其影响因素,为三级医院构建应急培训体系提供参考。方法采取便利抽样法,以某三级甲等医院临床注册护士为研究对象,进行护士突发公共卫生事件应急能力横断面调查。结果三级甲等医院护士突发公共卫生事件应急能力平均得分为(3.94±0.18)分,量表的3个维度得分中急救能力最高(4.10±0.16)分,应急知识最低(3.75±0.12)分。各条目平均得分中,掌握急救设备最高(4.29±0.70)分,概念及法律法规最低(3.62±0.78)分。性别、是否参加过应急培训、应急演练、是否经历过救援活动是三甲医院护士应急能力的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论三级甲等医院护士突发公共卫生事件应急能力在中等偏上水平,接近高水平,但仍需进一步提高,建议三级甲等医院构建科学、系统的护理应急培训体系,有针对性地提高护理应急能力。Objectives To investigate the current situation of public health emergency response ability of nurses in the third class A hospitals and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide reference for the construction of emergency training sys⁃tem in the third class A hospitals.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to make a cross-sectional investiga⁃tion on the public health emergency response response ability of nurses in the third class A hospital.Results The average score of the public healthemergency response ability of nurses in the third grade A hospital was(3.94±0.18).Among the three dimensions of the scale,the average score of first aid abilityis was highest(4.10±0.16)and theaverage score of emergency knowledge score was the lowest(3.75±0.12).Among the average scores of each item,the score of mastering first aid equipment was the highest(4.29±0.70),and the score of mastering concepts and laws and regulations was the lowest(3.62±0.78).Gender,whether to participate in emergency training,emergency drill and rescue activities were the main factors influencing the emer⁃gency ability of nurses in the third class A hospitals(P<0.05).Conclusion The public health emergency response ability of nurses in the third grade A hospitals is higher than the middle level,close to the high level,but it still needs to be further im⁃proved.It is recommended that the third grade A hospitals should establish a scientific and systematic nursing emergency training system to improve the emergency response ability in a targeted manner.
