摘　　要：针对惯性平台系统生产过程数据,运用相关统计学及数据处理方法,对其开展了一系列的统计学预处理和数据关联性分析工作,并结合数据关联性分析成果及模型,完成了数据关联性可视化工具的开发工作,实现了产品各工序间数据相关度的自动生成和直观体现,提高了产品数据统计分析工作及质量与可靠性稳定提升工作的自动化和智能化程度。In this paper,a series of statistical preprocessing and data correlation analysis are carried out for the production process data of inertial platform system by using relevant statistics and data processing methods. Combined with the data correlation analysis results and models,the development of data correlation visualization tool is completed. It realizes the automatic generation and intuitive embodiment of data correlation between product processes, improves the automation and intelligence of product data statistical analysis and stable quality and reliability.
