摘 要:以体育类专业术科教师核心素养为研究对象,通过梳理国内外相关研究,分析了体育类专业术科教师核心素养的概念内涵,阐述了各项素养的形成依据、价值,以及在术科教师工作中的重要作用,构建了以师德素养为核心,包括术科教育教学素养、体育学科专业素养、研究素养、信息素养、合作与交流、自主发展与创新意识等内容的体育类专业术科教师核心素养结构图。研究结果可为体育类专业术科教师自我提升提供参考,为术科教师培训提供借鉴,并以期为术科教师核心素养体系研究提供理论依据。With core literacy of sports technical teachers as the research object,the paper analyzes the concept connotation of sports technical teachers by relevant research at home and abroad,elaborated the formation basis and value of various kinds of literacy and the important role in the work of sports technical teachers and build the structure diagram of core literacy of sports technique teachers,including teaching literacy of technical education,professional literacy of sports major,research literacy,information literacy,cooperation and communication,independent development and innovation consciousnesswith teachers’ethics literacy as the core.The research results can provide references for the self-improvement of technical teachers in sports major,the training of technical teachers,and the theoretical basis for the study of the core literacy system of technical teachers.
