摘　　要：科研能力是衡量研究生培养质量的重要指标。在医教协同的背景下,临床医学专业学位研究生不但要具有必备的临床专业技能,还应掌握一定的科研能力来适应现代医学的发展需要。本文结合右江民族医学院临床专硕培养现状,分析在培养过程中出现的问题及其原因,并提出思考建议,旨在为培养高层次、高素质医疗人才提供有益的参考。The research ability is an important index to measure the cultivation quality of postgraduates.Under the background of medical education cooperation,professional degree postgraduates majoring in clinical medicine should not only have necessary clinical professional skills,but also master certain research ability to meet the needs of the development of modern medicine.Combined with the current situation of clinical professional degree postgraduates training in Youjiang medical university for nationalities,this paper analyzes the problems and causes in the training process,and puts forward some suggestions,in order to provide a useful reference for training high-level and high-quality medical talents.
