摘 要:用浓度为36%的工业盐酸对30根钢板组合梁栓钉进行腐蚀,腐蚀时间分别为0 h、0.5 h、1 h、2 h、4 h、8 h、12 h、24 h、48 h和72 h,对腐蚀后栓钉进行拉伸试验,研究强腐蚀对栓钉力学性能的影响,分析不同腐蚀时间的栓钉各项力学性能的退化规律。试验结果表明:强腐蚀对栓钉的各项力学性能有着显著影响;腐蚀时间为0 h、0.5 h、1 h、2 h、4 h、8 h、12 h、24 h、48 h和72 h时,栓钉对应的腐蚀率分别为0%、0.49%、0.59%、0.83%、1.92%、2.87%、3.3%、4.5%、6.06%和7.33%;栓钉经过72 h腐蚀后,名义屈服强度最大下降了11.44%,名义极限强度最大下降了9.94%,弹性模量下降了3.34%,伸长率下降了39.59%;强腐蚀对栓钉的屈强比的影响较小;在腐蚀24 h内,腐蚀对栓钉的各项力学性能影响显著;随着腐蚀率增加,栓钉的颈缩现象逐渐不明显,破坏面从平整变为锯齿状。在试验结果分析的基础上,建立腐蚀后栓钉的力学退化模型和腐蚀后的本构关系模型,并建立ABAQUS拉伸试验有限元模型来验证腐蚀后本构关系模型的可靠性与可行性。本研究结果可为强腐作用下栓钉的工程应用和后续研究提供参考。In order to study the degradation law of mechanical properties of steel plate composite beam studs under strong corrosion, 30 studs are corroded with 36% industrial hydrochloric acid for 0 h, 0.5 h, 1 h, 2 h, 4 h, 8 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h respectively. The tensile tests are carried out to study the effect of strong corrosion on the mechanical properties of studs, and the degradation law of mechanical properties of studs with different corrosion time is analyzed. The test results show that strong corrosion has a significant impact on the mechanical properties of studs. The corrosion rates of 0 h, 0.5 h, 1 h, 2 h, 4 h, 8 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h are 0%, 0.49%, 0.59%, 0.83%, 1.92%, 2.87%, 3.3%, 4.5%, 6.06% and 7.33% respectively. Corrosion of studs after 72 hours, the nominal yield strength decreases by 11.44%, the nominal ultimate strength decreases by 9.94%, the elastic modulus decreases by 3.34%, and the elongation decreases by 39.59%. Corrosion has significant effect on mechanical properties of studs within 24 hours. Strong corrosion has minor effect on the yield ratio of studs;with the increase of corrosion rate, the necking phenomenon of stud is not obvious, and the failure surface changes from flat to serrated. Based on the analysis of test results, the mechanical degradation model of corroded studs and the constitutive relationship model after corrosion are established, and the finite element model of ABAQUS tensile test is established to verify the reliability and feasibility of the constitutive relationship model after corrosion. The research results can provide reference for the practice and subsequent research of studs under strong corrosion.
