摘 要:为了明确粗集料压碎值对多孔沥青混合料性能的影响,选取玄武岩、破碎砾石和石灰岩3种不同压碎值的粗集料。首先采用击实试验模拟分析了粗集料和多孔沥青混合料受荷后的级配变化规律,其次探究了粗集料压碎值对多孔沥青混合料体积指标和路用性能的影响。研究结果表明:粗集料和沥青混合料受荷后9.5 mm筛孔集料的质量通过率变化最大,4.75 mm筛孔集料的变化居中,13.2 mm筛孔集料的变化最小,并且粗集料的压碎值越大,各档集料的质量通过率变化越显著;压碎值增大使多孔沥青混合料空隙率减小,尤其是石灰岩多孔沥青混合料的连通空隙率减少了4%以上,同时多孔沥青混合料的抗飞散性能、水稳定性和高温稳定性也有不同程度的衰减。In order to definite the influence of crushed stone value of coarse aggregate on the performance of porous asphalt mixture, three kinds of coarse aggregate with different crushed stone value are selected, respectively basalt, crushed gravel and limestone. The gradation variation is firstly analyzed for coarse aggregate and porous asphalt mixture after bearing load by means of compaction test simulation. Then effects of crushed stone value of coarse aggregate on volume index and mixture performance for porous asphalt mixture are investigated. Research results show that after bearing compaction load, the mass passing percent variation of aggregate of 9.5 mm pore is the largest, following the 4.75 mm pore and 13.2 mm pore. In addition, the larger the crushed stone value is, the more significant of mass passing percent variation is. With the increase of crushed stone value, the voids of porous asphalt mixture decrease, especially the connected voids decrease by more than 4%. Meanwhile, the anti-raveling performance, moisture susceptibility and high temperature stability of porous asphalt mixture also show different degrees of attenuation.
