综合救护技能模拟训练在高职“急救护理”教学中的应用探索

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合救护技能模拟训练在急救护理教学中的应用价值。方法:以本学院2019级护理专业学生为研究对象,对传统教学法和综合救护技能模拟训练教学法的教学效果进行对比。结果:比较两组学生理论考试成绩、操作技能考核成绩、以及模拟心脏骤停急救考核成绩、结果显示观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合救护技能模拟训练在帮助学生树立急救意识、提高学生救护能力、促使学生形成职业情感等方面优势明显,具有推广价值。Objective:to explore the application value of comprehensive rescue skill simulation training in emergency nursing teaching.Methods:taking 2019 nursing students in our college as the research object,the teaching effects of traditional teaching method and comprehensive rescue skill simulation training teaching method were compared.Results:the scores of theory test,operation skill test and simulated cardiac arrest first aid test were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the simulation training of comprehensive rescue skills has obvious advantages in helping students establish first aid consciousness,improve students'rescue ability and promote students to form professional emotion,and has popularization value.
