摘 要:目的探讨在第二课堂中采用情景案例结合小组合作学习模式对提高护理本科生人文关怀素养的效果研究。方法依托第二课堂,将护理学专业2020级89名专升本护生分为18个合作学习小组,实施合作学习,结合《护士人文修养》课程理论教学内容设置4个情景模块,每个模块包含不同的情景案例,各学习小组合作完成情景案例。采用人文关怀素养问卷和情景模拟教学法应用效果评价表对护生人文关怀素养和教学效果进行调查。结果经过一个学期在第二课堂中应用情景案例结合小组合作学习模式,护生的人文关怀素养有一定的提升(P<0.05);护生对这一教学模式整体持肯定的态度,86.5%的护生希望这种教学模式在以后的学习中得以延续,97.8%的护生认为这一教学模式对以往学习的相关学科知识起到了温故而知新的作用,94.4%的护生认为这一教学模式培养了职业情感,85.4%的护生认为小组合作和角色扮演的形式提供了展示自身的机会。结论情景案例结合小组合作学习的教学模式可以培养和提高护生的人文关怀素养和学习能力,提升护理教学效果。Objective This paper discusses the effect of using situational cases combined with group cooperative learning model to improve the humanistic care literacy of nursing undergraduates in the second classroom.Methods Relying on the second classroom,the 89 nursing students were divided into 18 cooperative study groups to implement cooperative learning,combined with the humanistic cultivation of nursing curriculum theoretical teaching contents to set up 4 scenario modules,each module contains different scenarios and each group works together to complete the scenario case.The humanistic care literacy questionnaire and application effect evaluation table of situation simulation teaching method was used to investigate the humanistic care literacy and teaching effect of nursing students.Results After applying situational cases combined with the group cooperative learning modelin the second classroom for a semester,the humanistic care literacy of nursing students has a certain improvement(P<0.05).Nursing students have a positive attitude towards this teaching model as a whole,86.5%of nursing students hope that this teaching model can be continued in later learning,97.8%of nursing students think that this teaching model has played a role of gain new knowledge by reviewing old,94.4%of nursing students think that this teaching model cultivates professional feelings,85.4%of nursing students think that the form of group cooperation and role-playing provides an opportunity to show themselves.Conclusions Situational cases combined with the teaching model of cooperative learning in groups could cultivate and improve the humanistic care literacy and learning ability of nursing students,and improve the effect of nursing teaching.
