摘　　要：目的构建基于治疗性沟通系统的胃癌化疗患者健康教育方案,为降低胃癌患者化疗副反应,提高患者生活质量提供参考依据。方法组建跨学科研究团队,以治疗性沟通系统为框架,构建适合胃癌化疗患者的健康教育方案。选取胃癌化疗患者110例,分为对照组和干预组,对照组实施传统护理,干预组实施治疗性沟通系统健康教育方案,评价两组患者化疗期间的体重变化、恶心呕吐干呕症状、焦虑抑郁自评得分。结果两组患者化疗期间体重无明显变化,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.844);干预组恶心呕吐干呕症状得分显著低于对照组(P<0.01),且随着时间推移逐渐降低;干预组患者焦虑、抑郁自评得分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论基于治疗性沟通系统的胃癌化疗患者健康教育方案可以减轻胃癌化疗患者的恶心呕吐干呕症状,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,适用于胃癌化疗患者。Objective To establish a health education program for patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy based on therapeutic communication system, and to provide reference for reducing side effects of chemotherapy and improving the quality of life of patients with gastric cancer.Methods An interdisciplinary research team was established to construct a health education program for patients with chemotherapy for gastric cancer based on the framework of therapeutic communication system.One hundred and ten patients with gastric cancer received chemotherapy were divided into control group and intervention group.The control group received traditional nursing, and the intervention group received health education program with therapeutic communication system.The body weight change, nausea, vomiting and retching symptoms, anxiety and depression self-rating scores of the two groups of patients during chemotherapy were evaluated.Results There was no significant change in body weight between the two groups during chemotherapy(P=0.844).The scores of nausea, vomiting and retching symptoms in the intervention group were significantly lower than control group, and gradually decreased over time.The scores of anxiety and depression in the intervention group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The health education program for patients with gastric cancer received chemotherapy based on therapeutic communication system can reduce the symptoms of nausea, vomiting and retching in patients receiving chemotherapy for gastric cancer.It can relieve anxiety and depression, and is useful for patients of gastric cancer with chemotherapy.
