鸡肉中几种喹诺酮药物测定方法的优化

摘　　要：对测定鸡肉中喹诺酮药物含量的两种方法GB/T 20366—2006和GB/T 21312—2007进行比较,并对两种方法进行优化。通过检出限、线性范围、重复性、加标回收、基质效应比较两种国标,同时对两种国标进行分析改进。GB/T20366—2006灵敏度、精密度略高于GB/T 21312—2007。GB/T 21312—2007回收率更高,但净化操作复杂繁琐且费用较高。优化之后,GB/T 20366—2006操作简便、耗时短、同时提高回收率;GB/T21312—2007减少了过柱的堵塞,精密度有所提高。优化之后这两种方法均能满足实验室检测需求,因此在实际应用中可根据实际条件选择更加合适的方法。The two methods GB/T20366-2006 and GB/T21312-2007 for determining the content of quinolone drugs in chicken were compared and optimized.The two national standards were compared through detection limit,linear range,repeatability,spike recovery,and matrix effect,and were improved at the same time.The sensitivity and precision of GB/T20366-2006 were slightly higher than those of GB/T21312-2007.The recovery rate of GB/T21312-2007 was higher,but the purification operation was complicated,cumbersome and expensive.After optimization,GB/T20366-2006 was simple and time-consuming,and the recovery rate was improved;GB/T21312-2007 reduces the clogging of the small column and improves the precision.After optimization,these two methods could meet the needs of laboratory testing,so in actual applications,a more suitable method could be selected according to actual conditions.
