摘 要:随着新能源客车轻量化技术的发展,铝合金以其密度小、本身防腐能力强、强度高等特点,在新能源客车行业得到规模化应用,全铝车身的客车已经推出市场多年。因铝合金不适合目前的前处理、阴极电泳工艺,通常采用3C3B的涂装工艺,其防腐性能有其自身的特点。本文主要根据调研市场上运营多年的全铝车身新能源客车的腐蚀情况及特点,归纳全铝车身容易出现腐蚀的部位及结构,分析全铝车身的腐蚀原因并提出针对性的措施。With the development of lightweight technology for new energy buses,aluminum alloys have been widely used in the new energy bus industry due to their low density,strong anti-corrosion ability,and high strength.Passenger cars with all-aluminum bodies have been launched on the market for many years.Because aluminum alloy is not suitable for the current pretreatment and cathodic electrophoresis process,3C3B coating process is usually used,and its anti-corrosion performance has its own characteristics.This article mainly investigates the corrosion situation and characteristics of all-aluminum body new energy buses that have been operating for many years in the market,summarizes the-parts and structures of aluminum alloys that are prone to corrosion,analyzes the reasons for the corrosion of aluminum alloys,and proposes targeted measures.
