摘　　要：通过对汽车涂装用喷漆机器人的上漆率进行定义,明确上漆率测量的方法,同时对影响上漆率的因素进行识别,通过在实验室和现场措施的应用,提出改善上漆率的有效措施。This paper introduces the definition of painting rate of automobile painting robots,defines the method of painting rate measurement,and identifies the factors affecting painting rate,through the application of laboratory and field measures,effective measures to improve painting rate are put forward.
