摘  要:长春地铁1号线出入段线暗挖区间下穿绕城高速,隧道跨度大、埋深浅,施工难度大,地层变形控制要求高,为此,研究了浅埋隧道施工中采用的大管幕超前支护、双侧壁导坑法开挖和地层变形监测方案,重点研究了现场隧道开挖引起的地层变形特征。研究发现:隧道开挖引起掘进方向近侧高速公路路面沉降最大,其最大沉降值为37 mm;随着隧道开挖,大断面暗挖隧道引起了高速公路路面的局部隆起现象,隆起的最大值为7 mm。研究成果可为类似工程提供参考和借鉴。The underground excavation section of the entrance and exit section of Changchun Metro Line 1 underpasses the ring expressway.The tunnel has large span,shallow buried depth,great construction difficulty and high requirements for stratum deformation control.Therefore,the schemes of large pipe curtain advanced support,double side-wall heading excavation and stratum deformation monitoring adopted in the construction of shallow buried tunnel are studied,with emphasis on the characteristics of stratum deformation caused by on-site tunnel excavation.It is found that the maximum settlement of expressway pavement near the excavation direction caused by tunnel excavation is 37 mm.With the tunnel excavation,the large cross-section concealed tunnel causes the local uplift of expressway pavement,and the maximum uplift is 7 mm.The research results can provide reference for similar projects.
