摘 要:目的探讨柚皮素对牙本质基质金属蛋白酶活性及粘接耐久性的影响。方法收集2019年1月至2020年6月就诊于深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院口腔科患者的第三磨牙进行研究,第三磨牙由深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院口腔科提供。将第三磨牙制备成牙本质试件及牙本质粉,随机分为去离子水处理组(空白对照组)、柚皮素处理组、氯己定处理组。各组分别处理10 min,将牙本质胶原样本分别置于老化液中15 d,检测柚皮素对胶原干重、羟脯氨酸释放量、MMPs活性的影响。制作牙本质剪切力测试试件,分别用柚皮素、氯己定、去离子水处理后,检测不同组的抗剪切强度。结果柚皮素和氯己定处理后的牙本质胶原的干重丢失比例低于空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而柚皮素组与氯己定组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。柚皮素组和氯己定组中羟脯氨酸释放量低于空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而柚皮素组与氯己定组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。柚皮素组及氯己定组的MMPs总活性均低于空白对照组,经氯己定和去离子水处理的活性值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。柚皮素和氯己定处理后的最大抗剪切强度高于空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且柚皮素处理后的最大抗剪切强度显著高于氯己定组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柚皮素能够抑制基质金属蛋白酶活性,减少胶原纤维的降解,稳定胶原纤维,从而提高牙本质粘接耐久性。Objective To investigate the effect of naringenin on the activity of matrix metalloproteinase and the bonding durability of dentin.Methods The third molars of patients who visited the Department of Stomatology in Shenzhen Baoan Maternal and Child Health-Care Hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were collected and studied.The third molars were provided by the Department of Stomatology in this hospital.The third molars were prepared into dentin samples and dentin powder,which were randomly divided into deionized water treatment group(blank control group),naringenin treatment group and chlorhexidine treatment group.Each group was treated for 10 minutes,and the dentin collagen samples were placed in aging solution for 15 days.The effects of naringenin on dry weight of collagen,hydroxyproline release and MMPs activity were detected.The test specimens were made for dentin shear and treated with naringenin,chlorhexidine and deionized water,respectively,and then the shear strength of different groups was tested.Results The dry weight loss ratio of dentin collagen treated with naringenin and chlorhexidine was lower than that of the blank group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between naringenin group and chlorhexidine group(P>0.05).The release of hydroxyproline in naringenin group and chlorhexidine group was lower than that in blank control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between naringenin group and chlorhexidine group(P>0.05).The total activity of MMPs in naringenin group and chlorhexidine group was lower than that in blank control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The maximum shear strength of naringenin and chlorhexidine group was higher than that of the blank group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The maximum shear strength after treatment of naringenin was significantly higher than that of chlorhexidine group,with statistically significant differen
