摘　　要：生理性支抗控制技术是目前临床上常用的一种口腔正畸技术。近年来无锡口腔医院收治了1例双牙弓前突畸形患者(其下颌平面角小,牙列拥挤,侧貌前突),采用生理性支抗控制技术对其进行矫治后其面型得到改善,咬合功能良好。现将其诊疗过程介绍如下。Physiological anchorage control is a common orthodontic technique in clinical practice.In recent years,wuxi Stomatological Hospital has treated 1 patient with bilateral arch protrusion deformity(with small mandibular plane Angle,crowded dentition,and protruding lateral appearance).After treatment with physiological anchorage control technology,the facial shape was improved and the occlusal function was good.Now its diagnosis and treatment process is introduced as follows.
