摘  要:指向“幸福”的师幼交往活动是指在幼儿园一日活动中,教师及幼儿通过各种轻松的、愉悦的交流与沟通让彼此都找到幸福、温暖的感觉。其有助于营造愉悦、舒适的教育氛围,有助于推动幼儿的发展,有助于强化幼儿教师的职业幸福感。文章通过探究指向“幸福”的师幼交往活动的内涵、价值与对策,引导幼儿教育工作者更新教育理念,调整教育行为,用科学适宜的方式方法让幼儿体验幸福,也让自身的幼儿教育工作变得幸福而温暖。The communication activities between teachers and children pointing to"happiness"refers to that in the one-day activity of the kindergarten,teachers and children make each other find a happy and warm feeling through various relaxed and pleasant communication.It helps to create a pleasant and comfortable educational atmosphere,promote the development of children,and strengthen the professional well-being of preschool teachers.By exploring the connotation,value and countermeasures of teacher-child communication activities pointing to"happiness",this paper guides preschool educators to update educational ideas,adjust educational behavior,experience happiness for children in scientific and appropriate ways and methods,and make their own preschool education work happy and warm.
