摘 要:立柱和平衡缸作为液压支架的主要驱动部件,其工作压力的大小直接关系到支架的受载状况。基于顶梁的承载特性,通过分析液压支架与围岩在不同情况下的耦合状态,进一步研究了液压支架四连杆的力学响应特性。基于Denavit-Hartenberg(D-H)理论建立了液压支架的运动学模型和动力学模型,通过MATLAB软件分析了液压支架在不同的支护高度、立柱压力以及平衡缸压力对液压支架前连杆和后连杆负载变化规律。结果表明随着支护高度的增加,前连杆和后连杆的负载呈现出相反的变化趋势,合理的平衡缸和立柱的工作压力有助于优化前后连杆的负载值,为优化支架的结构设计提供了理论依据。The column and the equilibrium jack are the main driving parts of hydraulic support.The working pressure is directly related to the carrying capability of the support.In basis of the carrying characteristics of the canopy, the mechanical response characteristics of the four connecting rods of the hydraulic support were further studied by analyzing the coupling condition between the hydraulic support and the surrounding rock under different coupling attitude.Based on Denavit-Hartenberg(D-H) theory, the kinematic and dynamic model of the hydraulic support was established, and the load change laws of the rear linkage and lemniscate bars under different support heights, column pressure and equilibrium jack pressure were analyzed by using MATLAB software.The results show that with the increase of support height, the load of rear linkage and lemniscate bars shows an opposite trend, and the reasonable balance of working pressure between the equilibrium jack and column helps to optimize the carrying characteristic of rear linkage and lemniscate bars, which provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the structural design of support.
