摘  要:针对电液伺服系统的时滞和非线性等问题,提出一种基于状态监测的非线性预测控制(smMPSO-NPC)算法,提高了电液伺服系统的控制性能。将多目标粒子群优化算法和非线性预测控制相融合,实现了多目标优化;将Pareto前端映射到旋转基扇形平面上,利用状态熵和差熵监控种群进化状态;然后提出了角度占优、角度占优强度和档案集双序维护策略,可同时兼顾档案集的收敛性和多样性;并将smMPSO-NPC算法应用于电液伺服系统,基于改进算法的控制器能够有效地跟踪设定输出,获得了较好的控制效果。仿真结果表明:所提控制方法正确、有效。Aiming at nonlinear and time-delay problem of electro-hydraulic servo system, a nonlinear predictive control for electro-hydraulic servo system based on status monitoring(smMPSO-NPC) algorithm was presented.To realizes multi-objected optimization, the algorithm was combined with the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm.Pareto front was reflected on sectorial plane of rotation basis.The population evolution state was monitored by using state entropy and difference entropy.The new concepts, such as angle dominance and strength of angle dominance, were introduced to design an archive maintaining strategy which could achieve balance between distribution and convergence.Finally, the smMPSO-NPC was applied to an electro-hydraulic servo system.The proposed controller can effectively track output of system.The simulation results show the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
