摘  要:针对电子眼珠壳体零件结构特点和加工难度,以及加工时装夹难度大、易变形、单件生产效率低、品质不稳定、经济成本高等问题,设计具有通用性的气动装料机械手夹具系统和液压夹具系统。实际生产表明:所设计的系统性能稳定、可靠,可提高生产效率、降低生产成本,而且能提高产品质量稳定性。Aiming at the structural characteristics and processing difficulty of electronic eye shell parts, as well as the problems of clamping difficulty, easy deformation during processing, low single piece production efficiency, unstable quality and high economic cost, a universal pneumatic loading manipulator fixture system and hydraulic fixture system were designed.The actual production shows that the designed systems have stable and reliable performance, which can improve production efficiency, reduce production cost, and improve the stability of product quality.
