摘 要:为防止煤矿井下输送设备连接装置损坏或钢丝绳断裂使得罐笼掉落井下,设计一种采用液压制动装置的常闭式防坠器,并详细分析该液压控制系统工作性能。在AMESim中搭建常闭式防坠器液压系统模型,通过仿真得出在输入信号指令下常闭式液压防坠器的工作缸制动距离、速度曲线和流量特性,并进行防坠器的工厂试验。结果表明:该常闭式防坠器系统满足设计要求,能够安全可靠地工作。In order to prevent the cage falling accident caused by the breakage of lifting wire rope in fully mechanized mining transportation equipment, a safe and reliable normally closed drop preventer was designed, and the performance of the hydraulic control system was analyzed in detail. The normally closed hydraulic drop preventer system model was established by using AMESim software, and the braking distance curve, braking speed curve and flow characteristic curve of the braking hydraulic cylinder were obtained through simulation under the input signal instruction, and the factory test of the drop preventer was carried out. The results show that the system meets the design requirements and can work safely and reliably.
