上前牙邻面龋树脂充填后全瓷贴面修复临床可行性及美观性探讨

摘　　要：目的:探究分析上前牙邻面龋树脂充填后全瓷贴面修复临床可行性及美观性。方法:选取2019年4月—2020年6月韶关市口腔医院收治的68例上前牙邻面龋患者作为研究对象。随机数字表法分组,34例常规组患者治疗方案为树脂填充修复,34例研究组患者治疗方案为在常规组基础上应用全瓷贴面修复,统计分析常规组与研究组修复体完整度情况及颜色匹配情况。结果:研究组修复体完整度高于常规组,颜色匹配度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.373,8.785,P<0.05)。结论:树脂充填后全瓷贴面修复能够更好地对上前牙邻面龋患者牙体进行修复,可以明显提高修复体完整度及颜色匹配度,具有更高的美观性,值得推广。Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical feasibility and aesthetics of all-ceramic veneers repaired by resin filling on the adjacent surfaces of upper anterior teeth.Methods:From April 2019 to June 2020,68 patients with dental caries on the upper anterior teeth were treated in the hospital were selected.According to the random number table grouping,the treatment plan of 34 patients in the conventional group was resin filling restoration,and the treatment plan of 34 patients in the study group was the application of all-ceramic veneer restoration on the basis of the conventional group.The completeness of the restorations and color matching situation in the conventional group and the study group was statistically analyzed.Results:The integrity of the restoration in the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the color matching degree was higher than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.373,8.785,P<0.05).Conclusion:All-ceramic veneer restoration after resin filling can better restore the teeth of patients with caries on the upper anterior surface,and can significantly improve the integrity and color matching of the restoration.It has higher aesthetics and is worthy of promotion.
