黄芪多糖注射液联合TP化疗方案对中晚期肺癌患者免疫功能及CYFRA21-1、CK19-2G2水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨黄芪多糖注射液联合TP化疗方案对中晚期肺癌患者免疫功能及CYFRA21-1、CK19-2G2水平的影响。方法选取2020年6月至2021年3月我院收治的中晚期肺癌患者60例,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用TP化疗方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合黄芪多糖注射液治疗。比较两组的病情控制效果、免疫功能及CYFRA21-1、CK19-2G2水平。结果观察组的疾病控制率为66.67%,高于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CYFRA21-1、CK19-2G2水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪多糖注射液联合TP化疗方案治疗中晚期肺癌,能有效提高疾病控制效果,促进患者免疫功能改善,也能下调CYFRA21-1、CK19-2G2水平,值得推广。Objective To explore the influences of astragalus polysaccharide injection combined with TP chemotherapy regimen on immune function and levels of CYFRA21-1 and CK19-2G2 in patients with middle and advanced lung cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with middle and advanced lung cancer admitted in our hospital from June 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TP chemotherapy regimen,and the observation group was treated with astragalus polysaccharide injection on the basis of the control group.The disease control effect,immune function,CYFRA21-1 and CK19-2G2 levels of the two groups were compared.Results The disease control rate of the observation group was 66.67%,which was higher than 40.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CYFRA21-1 and CK19-2G2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Astragalus polysaccharide injection combined with TP chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of middle and advanced lung cancer can effectively improve the disease control effect,promote the improvement of immune function,and also down-regulate the levels of CyFRA21-1 and CK19-2G2 of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
