镍钛器械与手用不锈钢器械在乳磨牙根管治疗中的应用效果对比

摘　　要：目的比较在乳磨牙根管治疗中应用镍钛器械与手用不锈钢器械的效果。方法选择2018年8月—2020年3月在广昌县人民医院行下颌第二乳磨牙根管治疗的74例患儿,采用随机数字表法分为2组,每组各37例。对照组采用手用不锈钢器械,观察组采用机用镍钛器械,对比2组炎症反应指标[肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]、疼痛程度、填充效果。结果 2组患者术前的IL-6、TNF-α水平无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低,同时观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组恰填率(91.89%)高于对照组(72.97%),且疼痛程度较对照组轻,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳磨牙根管治疗中应用镍钛器械可提高治疗成功率,减轻疼痛程度,降低炎症反应,提高填充质量,值得推广。Objective To compare the effect of niti and stainless steel in root canal treatment of milk molars.Methods A total of 74 pediatric patients who received root canal treatment of mandibular second molar in our hospital from August 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,37 patients in each group. The control group was treated with manual stainless steel instruments,while the observation group was treated with mechanical niti instruments. Inflammatory response indicators [tumor necrosis factor and interleukin-6(IL-6)],pain degree and filling effect were compared between the two groups.Results Preoperative levels of IL-6 and TNF in the two groups-α There was no significant difference in IL-6 and TNF levels between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05)-α The level of IL-6 decreased in the observation group(1.08±0.25)μg/L、TNF-α (2.24±0.37)μg/L,lower than that of the control group(1.57 ±0.24)μg/L、(3.48 ±0.39)μg/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).the exact filling rate(91.89%)was higher than that in the control group(72.97%),and the pain degree in the observation group was less than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nickel-titanium instruments in root canal treatment of molar teeth can improve the success rate of root canal treatment,reduce pain,reduce inflammation and improve the quality of filling.
