摘 要:提出了一种测量金属条材直线度的新方法—新组合法。该方法将频域两组两点法与逐次两点相结合,在实现工件直线度无理论误差重构的同时,解决了传统频域法重构短工件时横向分辨率低的问题,能够高精度地测量金属条材的直线度。首先,将所有的采样点通过新组合法分为若干组;其次使用频域两组两点法将其重构为相同数量且横向分辨率较低的曲线,应用逐次两点法并分析传感器之间的调零误差,得到重构曲线之间的位置关系;最后将多条曲线拟合,获得最终的精确重构曲线。基于matlab的重构算法仿真和对LG型直线导轨的测量实验证明了新组合法的正确性和有效性。The new combined method,which combines two sets of 2-point method and sequential-two-point method(STP)has been developed for measuring the straightness of metal strip. It not only realizes the reconstruction of straightness of workpiece without theoretical error,but solves the problem of low lateral resolution for reconstructing short workpiece with traditional frequency domain method and measures the straightness of metal strip with high precision. Firstly,all sampling points are divided into several groups by the new combined method,then the same number of curves with low lateral resolution can be reconstructed by two sets of 2-point method. Using sequential-two-point method and analyzing zero-adjustment errors of displacement probes,the relative position of all curves can be obtained. Finally,fit curves and the straightness of workpiece can be reconstructed exactly. Simulations based on matlab and measurement experiments of LG type guide confirm the feasibility and effectiveness of the new combined method.
