摘 要:以国内某款客车作为研究对象,建立侧翻原始模型,为节省整车模型从开始到触地瞬间的侧翻时间,提升仿真效率,运用能量守恒定理,根据原始模型建立侧翻简化模型,验证简化模型的准确性并找出侧翻关键结构。以A柱、B柱与上边梁厚度和材料作为设计变量,以最大侵入量和质量为设计目标,构建Kriging近似模型,用多目标遗传算法NSGA-Ⅱ进行优化。优化结果表明:侧翻中整车最大侵入量由最初的153.523mm减小到132.05mm,质量由3.675kg减小到3.508kg,未侵入生存空间并兼顾轻量化。Taking a domestic passenger car as the research object,the original model of rollover to be established,and using the energy conservation theory. In order to save the rollover time of the whole vehicle model from the beginning to the touchdown moment,and improve the simulation efficiency,and the simplified model of the rollover is established according to the original model. Verify the accuracy of the simplified model and identify the critical structure of the rollover. Taking the A-pillar,B-pillar and upper side beam thickness and material as design variables,the Kriging approximate model was constructed with the maximum intrusion amount and mass as the design target,and optimized by the multi-objective genetic algorithm NSGA-II. The optimization results show that the maximum intrusion of the whole vehicle in the rollover is reduced from the initial 153.523 mm to132.05 mm,and the mass is reduced from 3.675 kg to 3.508 kg,which does not invade the living space and balances light weight.
