摘 要:针对传统齿轮范成仪只能范成一种模数和一种齿数的齿轮齿廓,且仪器存在操作繁琐、演示效果不佳等问题,这里通过理论设计计算,在确定范成加工模型插齿刀、齿坯、插齿刀与齿坯中心距、变位系数等关键技术参数的基础上,基于UG NX设计了一种新型齿轮范成加工虚拟样机,包括齿轮型刀具范成加工虚拟样机模型和齿条型刀具范成加工虚拟样机模型两种机型,并进行了NX CAE齿轮范成加工仿真分析,得到变位系数分别为-0.6、-0.4、-0.2、0、0.2、0.4、0.6时两种机型范成加工动态过程及齿形图,以及根切范成加工动态过程及齿形图,最后通过NX精确测量不同范成加工所得齿轮分度圆齿厚、齿顶厚等参数,分析对比两种范成加工异同,得出齿轮型刀具范成加工变位系数齿条型刀具范成加工变位系数,从而进一步深入阐释了齿轮范成加工原理。Aiming at the problems of complicated operation,poor demonstrating effect and only one kind of gear with modulus and tooth number can be processed by traditional gear profiler,it designs a gear profiler based on UG NX through theoretical design and calculation,on the basis of determining the key technical parameters of gear profiler model,rack profiler model,shaping cutter,center distance between shaping cutter and tooth billet,modification coefficient and so on. A new type of virtual prototype of intelligent gear profiler is introduced,which includes two models:the virtual prototype model of gear profiling tool and the virtual prototype model of rack profiling tool. Through NX simulation analysis,the dynamic process and final tooth profile of two kinds of machine models with modification coefficients of-0.6,-0.4,-0.2,0.2,0.4 and 0.6 are obtained,and the dynamic process and final tooth profile diagram of undercutting are also obtained. Finally,the two kinds of forming processes are measured and compared,It is concluded that the modification coefficient of gear tool generation machining the modification coefficient of rack tool generating machining,thus further explaining the principle of gear generating machining.
