摘 要:为了验证某轻型载货车尿素箱支架的振动特性是否符合工程设计要求,首先建立尿素箱支架有限元模型,对其进行模态性能分析,分析结构表明其前三阶固有频率处于发动机激励频率范围之外,能够满足模态性能要求。然后采集车架纵梁端的时域振动加速度,并且基于功率谱密度对其进行振动疲劳分析,分析结果表明该尿素箱支架的疲劳寿命超过实际工程要求值,符合疲劳性能要求。再基于集成平台并且采用二代非劣排序遗传算法对尿素箱主体支架进行多学科多目标参数优化分析,分析结果表明优化之后尿素箱支架的模态性能与振动疲劳性能均可以满足使用要求,并且尿素箱主体支架的重量有所减轻,优化效果比较明显。最后对尿素箱支架的优化方案进行整车道路验证,试验结果表明尿素箱支架未发生异响和开裂现象。Aiming at verifing a light truck urea box bracket whether meet the engineering design requirements. Firstly,the urea box bracket was modal performance analyzed by building finite elements model,the analysis results showed that its first three natural frequencies was outside the engine excitation frequency range,it could meet modal performance requirements. Secondly,the time domain vibration acceleration of longitudinal beam were collected,and the urea box bracket was vibration fatigue analysis based on power spectrum density,the analysis showed that its fatigue life exceed actual engineering requirements,it could meet fatigue performance requirements. The urea box main bracket were multi-disciplinary and multi-objective parameters optimization analyzed by adopting integrated platform and non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm,the analysis results showed that its modal performance and fatigue performance could meet using requirements,and the urea box main bracket weight was reduced after optimization,the optimization effect was obvious. Lastly,the urea box bracket optimization scheme was vehicle road verificated,the results showed that the abnormal noise and cracking had not incurred.
