摘　　要：目的 观察游戏联合丰富环境刺激对自闭症(ASD)儿童的临床治疗疗效。方法 选取2019年5月-2020年12月河南省儿童医院收治的ASD儿童84例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各42例。对照组实施常规康复训练,治疗组在常规康复训练的基础上联合游戏和丰富环境刺激。于治疗前、治疗3个月后分别测试两组患儿的孤独症行为量表(ABC)和社交反应量表(SRS)评分。结果 经治疗后,两组ABC量表和SRS量表评分都显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组的评分更低(P<0.05)。结论 游戏联合丰富环境刺激可有效改善ASD患儿的自闭症状和社会交往障碍,具有良好的临床应用价值。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of games combined with rich environmental stimulation on children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).Methods A total of 84 children with ASD who came to Henan Children’s Hospital for treatment from May 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 42 cases each.The control group performed conventional rehabilitation training,and the treatment group combined games and enriched environmental stimulation on the basis of conventional rehabilitation training.The Autism Behavior Scale (ABC) and Social Responsiveness Scale (SRS) scores of the two groups of children were tested before treatment and after 3 months of treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of the ABC scale and SRS scale of the two groups were significantly reduced (P<0.05),and the scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Games combined with rich environmental stimulation can effectively improve the autistic symptoms and social communication barriers of children with ASD,which has good clinical application value.
