摘  要:目的 探讨甲硝唑棒在牙周病行种植牙术患者中的应用价值。方法 选择深圳市宝安区中心医院口腔科2019年1月-2020年12月收治80例牙周病行种植牙术患者为研究对象,利用随机数据法分为对照组(40例)和实验组(40例),对照组行碘甘油治疗,实验组行甲硝唑棒治疗,对比两种方法治疗效果。结果 实验组治疗后SBI评分、牙齿松动度、PD和GI等指标结果均明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者牙周病治疗的总有效率为95.00%,数据分析结果明显优于对照组的75.00%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组观察对象治疗后不良反应发生率均为10.00%,两组数据分析结果对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 牙周病行种植牙术治疗的患者术前应用甲硝唑棒进行预处理,能够保证治疗的效果。Objective To investigate the application value of Metronidazole rod in patients with periodontal disease undergoing dental implantation.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,80 patients with periodontal disease undergoing dental implantation in Baoan District Central Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group (40 cases) and the experimental group (40 cases).The control group was treated with iodine glycerin,and the experimental group was treated with Metronidazole rod.Results After treatment,SBI score,tooth mobility,PD and GI of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of periodontal disease treatment in the experimental group was 95.00%,and the data analysis results were significantly better than 75.00% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was both 10.00%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The application of metronidazole rod pretreatment in patients with periodontal disease before dental implantation can ensure the effect of treatment.
