芪参丹七三虫汤结合依达拉奉治疗脑梗死性偏瘫的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析依达拉奉联合芪参丹七三虫汤治疗脑梗死性偏瘫疗效。方法60例脑梗死性偏瘫患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组的患者给予依达拉奉治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上增加芪参丹七三虫汤治疗。比较两组总住院时间,治疗前后血清脑源性神经营养因子、NIHSS评分、FMA评分,疗效,不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总住院时间(8.25±2.51)d短于对照组的(12.22±3.45)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清脑源性神经营养因子、FMA评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的70.00%(21/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.680,P<0.05)。两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论脑梗死性偏瘫采用依达拉奉联合芪参丹七三虫汤治疗可改善神经功能,并改善肢体功能,缩短住院时间,值得推广。Objective To analyze the efficacy of Qishen Danqi Sanchong Decoction combined with edaravone in the treatment of cerebral infarction hemiplegia.Methods A total of 60 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with edaravone,and patients in the observation group were treated with Qishen Danqi Sanchong Decoction on the basis of the control group.The hospitalization time,serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor,NIHSS score,FMA score before and after treatment,efficacy,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time(8.25±2.51)d of the observation group was shorter than(12.22±3.45)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor and FMA scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 70.00%(21/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.680,P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Edaravone combined with Qishen Danqi Sanchong Decoction can improve the nerve function,improve the limb function and shorten the hospitalization time,which is worth popularizing.
