摘　　要：肝硬化并发食管静脉曲张(EV)破裂出血具有较高复发率和致死率。通过超声剪切波弹性成像测量肝脏和脾脏硬度可无创检测EV并评估其严重程度。本文对超声剪切波弹性成像技术测量脾脏硬度评估肝硬化EV的应用进展进行综述。Liver cirrhosis complicated with esophageal varices(EV)bleeding has high recurrence rate and mortality.Measuring the stiffness of liver and spleen with ultrasound shear wave elastography can noninvasively detect EV and assess its severity.The application of spleen stiffness measured with ultrasound shear wave elastography for evaluating EV in patients with liver cirrhosis were reviewed in this article.
