摘  要:目的口腔牙周病学课程内容复杂且繁琐,临床处理牙周相关疾病需要医生具备较好的临床思维能力与清晰的治疗思路。为进一步培养学生的临床思维能力,缩短理论教学与临床实际之间的差距,故开展本次研究。方法本研究针对空军军医大学口腔医学院2019—2020年两个学年度共71名本科生,在CBL教学的基础上,结合思维导图(mind maps,MM)用于牙周病学理论课程教学,课后通过调查问卷及单独的病例考试比较CBL教学中使用或不使用MM对于牙周病学教学效果的影响。结果CBL结合MM可以有效提升学员的临床诊断能力、诊疗步骤的掌握及理论知识加深程度(P<0.05);而病例考试结果也提示,CBL结合MM组表现出更好的临床接诊效果(P<0.05)。结论在CBL教学过程中使用MM进行梳理和辅助,对于提示CBL教学质量、培养学生自主学习能力与临床思维能力方面具有积极作用,值得进一步应用和推广。Objective The course content of oral periodontology is complex and cumbersome.Clinical treatment of periodontal-related diseases requires good clinical thinking ability and clear treatment ideas.This research was carried out to cultivate students'clinical thinking ability and shorten the gap between theoretical teaching and clinical practice.Methods This study is aimed at 71 undergraduates from the School of Stomatology of the Air Force Military Medical University in the two academic years from 2019 to 2020.Based on CBL teaching,combined with Mind maps(MM)for periodontology theory course teaching,after class,through questionnaires and individual case exams,compare the effects of using or not using MM in CBL teaching on periodontology teaching.Results CBL combined with MM can effectively improve the clinical diagnosis ability,mastery of diagnosis and treatment procedures and deepening of theoretical knowledge(P<0.05);and the case test also indicate that the CBL combined with MM group showed better clinical consultation results(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of MM to sort out and assist in CBL teaching has a positive effect on prompting the quality of CBL teaching and cultivating students'independent learning ability and clinical thinking ability.It is worthy of further application and promotion.
