摘  要:目的分析医学生自主学习能力对PBL教学法为基础的心理学教学实践的影响,探讨提高心理学教学质量的有效方法。方法选取本院2019年9月—2020年8月参加临床实习的68名医学生作为研究对象,对其进行自主学习能力评估,根据评估结果对医学生进行分组,分为A组(自主学习能力一般,评分<125分)与B组(自主学习能力优良,评分≥125分);两组均运用以PBL教学法为基础的心理学教学方法进行教学,对比其教学效果,观察指标包括考试成绩、个人综合能力评分、自我超越评分、职业压力、职业抱负评分以及教师满意度。结果68名医学生的自主学习能力评分中,≥125分43例,<125分25例,B组医学生的自主学习能力、考试成绩、个人综合能力、自我超越评分、教师满意度、职业抱负评分均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组医学生的职业压力评分低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学生自主学习能力对PBL教学法为基础的心理学教学实践会产生一定程度的影响,自主学习能力优良者的学习效果显著,考试成绩、个人综合能力、自我超越、职业压力、职业抱负以及教师满意度均较自主学习能力一般者更佳,能在一定程度上提高教学质量。Objective To analyze the influence of medical students'autonomous learning ability on psychology teaching practice based on PBL teaching method,and to explore effective methods to improve the quality of psychology teaching.Methods 68 medical students who participated in clinical internships in our hospital from September 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects,evaluate their autonomous learning ability.According to the evaluation results,the medical students were evaluated Divide into groups,divided into group A(average self-learning ability,score<125 points)and group B(excellent self-learning ability,score≥125 points);both groups use psychology teaching methods based on PBL teaching method for teaching.Comparing its teaching effect,observation indicators include test scores,personal comprehensive ability scores,self-transcendence scores,professional pressure,professional ambition scores and teacher satisfaction.Results Among the 68 medical students'autonomous learning ability scores,43 cases were≥125 points,and 25 cases were less than 125 points.Group B medical students'autonomous learning ability,test scores,personal comprehensive ability,self-transcendence score,teacher satisfaction,professional ambitions.The scores were higher than those of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the occupational stress scores of medical students in group B were lower than those of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-learning ability of medical students will have a certain degree of influence on the psychology teaching practice based on the PBL teaching method.Those with good self-learning ability have significant learning effects,such as test scores,personal comprehensive ability,self-transcendence,professional pressure,and professional ambitions And teacher satisfaction is better than the average self-learning ability,which can improve teaching quality to a certain extent.
