摘 要:目的探讨案例为基础的模拟任务驱动教学法在皮肤科临床教学中的应用价值。方法研究对象为我院2020年1月—2021年1月进行实习的100名学生,抽签随机分为对照组和观察组各50名。对照组按照传统方式教学,观察组按照案例为基础的模拟任务驱动教学法。分析对比两组学校的教学结果。结果在综合素质、理论知识、基础技能、专业技能等评分上,观察组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在明确学习目标、激发学习兴趣、提高发现问题的能力、增强实践能力等内容上,观察组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的非常满意人数,满意人数,明显多于对照组,满意度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例为基础的模拟任务驱动教学法在皮肤科临床教学,可以提高学生的综合素质、理论知识、基础技能、专业技能等,增强自主学习、思考、实践的能力,激发兴趣,使得学生的综合成绩大大提高。Objective To explore the application value of case-based simulation task-driven teaching method in dermatology clinical teaching.Methods The object of the study was 100 students who were internships in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021.The lottery was randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 50 cases each.The control group followed traditional teaching methods,and the observation group followed a case-based simulation task-driven teaching method.Analyze and compare the teaching results of the two groups of schools.Results In terms of comprehensive quality,theoretical knowledge,basic skills,professional skills,etc.,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant with P<0.05;in terms of clarifying learning goals,stimulating learning interest,and improving the ability to find problems.In terms of enhancing practical ability,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant at P>0.05;the number of very satisfied and satisfied people in the experimental group was significantly more than that of the control group,and the satisfaction level was significantly better than that of the control group,P>0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion The case-based simulation task-driven teaching method in dermatology clinical teaching can improve students'comprehensive quality,theoretical knowledge,basic skills,professional skills,etc.,enhance independent learning,thinking,and practice abilities,stimulate interest,and make students'The overall performance is greatly improved.
