摘 要:目的探索肾内科专科精准实习带教模式在八年制医学生临床实习中的应用。方法选取在中南大学湘雅医院实习的2013级临床医学八年制学生30名进行专科实习摸底问卷调查,综合问卷调查结果,对在肾内科实习的20名八年制学生采用精准实习带教模式教学。实习前教师录制专科问诊视频和专科手术操作视频、制定肾内科常见疾病讲座课件供学生预习,实习时采用多样化教学模式及组织学生小讲课等方式充分调动学生的主观能动性,发挥学生的主体作用。实习结束后,学生对教学改革模式进行反馈和评价。结果学生对肾内科精准实习模式的整体满意度为93.1%,其中学生对肾内科常见疾病病史采集及体格检查熟练程度、专科操作了解程度、教学内容及教学方式、带教老师及自身实习预期效果这6个方面较为满意。结论肾内科精准实习带教模式可提高八年制医学生专科实习效率,可进一步在各专科推广和应用。Objective To explore the application of precise teaching mode in clinical practice of eight-year medical students.Methods 30 students of grade 2013 clinical medicine in Xiangya Hospital of Central South University were selected to carry out a questionnaire survey.The results of the questionnaire were comprehensive.The 20 eight-year students in nephrology were taught by precision practice teaching mode.Before the practice,the teacher recorded the video of specialist inquiry and operation,made the courseware of lectures on common diseases of nephrology for students to preview,and used various teaching models and organized small lectures to fully mobilize the students'subjective initiative and give play to the students'main role.After practice,students feedback and evaluate the teaching reform model.Results The students'overall satisfaction with the precise practice mode of nephrology was 93.1%.Among them,the students were satisfied with the 6 aspects of medical history collection and physical examination proficiency,specialty operation understanding,teaching content and teaching method,teaching teacher and the expected effect of their own practice.Conclusion The precise teaching mode of nephrology can improve the efficiency of eight-year medical practice,and can be further popularized and applied in various specialties.
