摘 要:目的探讨分阶段目标强化训练在培养神经外科规培研究生显微血管吻合能力中的作用。方法选取2018年6月—2020年6月我院神经外科接受培训的23名规培研究生,采取纱布缝合-3D树脂血管缝合-鸡翅血管吻合-活体大鼠血管吻合分阶段的强化训练方案,来培养他们的显微血管吻合能力。结果在最终活体动物实验中,大鼠吻合血管愈合且通畅,血管通畅率为100%,未见血管狭窄及假性动脉瘤。结论显微镜下实验动物模型训练有利于神经外科研究生临床操作技能的培养。应用分阶段目标强化训练能显著提高血管吻合学习效率,让研究生迅速掌握这一技巧,从而为临床应用做好基础准备。Objective To explore the role of Staged Goal intensive training in developing the ability of microvascular anastomosis in neurosurgery.Methods 23 graduate students trained in neurosurgery in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected to take the Staged Goal intensive training program by gauze suture-3 D resin vascular suture-chicken wing vascular anastomosis-live rat vascular anastomosis to cultivate their microvascular anastomosis ability.Results In the final in vivo animal experiment,the anastomotic vessels healed and patency was 100%.There was no stenosis or pseudoaneurysm.Conclusion Experimental animal model training under microscope is beneficial to the cultivation of clinical operation skills of neurosurgery graduate students.The application of Staged Goal intensive training can significantly improve the learning efficiency of vascular anastomosis and enable graduate students to master this skill quickly,so as to prepare for clinical application.
