口腔正畸在牙周病致前牙移位患者中的疗效及对炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位患者的临床疗效及其对炎性因子的影响。方法38例牙周病致前牙移位患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组19例。对照组采用常规牙周疾病基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用口腔正畸治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的牙周袋深度、前牙槽骨高度、炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者牙周袋深度、前牙槽骨高度分别为(4.06±0.52)、(2.96±0.23)mm,均低于对照组的(5.42±0.97)、(3.67±0.47)mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者TNF-α、IL-6水平分别为(1.52±0.16)ng/ml、(154.22±34.61)pg/ml,均低于对照组的(2.65±0.47)ng/ml、(176.83±31.52)pg/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸能够有效改善牙周病致前牙移位患者的牙周情况以及口腔功能,同时能够有效降低患者的炎性因子水平,减轻患者的牙周炎症反应,可在临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of orthodontics in patients with anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease and its influence on inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 38 patients with anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease were divided into control group and observation group by random numerical table,with 19 cases in each group.The control group received conventional basic treatment of periodontal disease,and the observation group received orthodontic treatment on the basis of the control group.The periodontal pocket depth,anterior alveolar bone height,and inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)]levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the periodontal pocket depth and anterior alveolar bone height of the observation group were(4.06±0.52)and(2.96±0.23)mm,which were lower than(5.42±0.97)and(3.67±0.47)mm of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the observation group were(1.52±0.16)ng/ml and(154.22±34.61)pg/ml,which were lower than(2.65±0.47)ng/ml and(176.83±31.52)pg/ml in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthodontics can effectively improve the periodontal condition and oral function of patients with anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease,at the same time,it can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients,reduce the periodontal inflammatory response of patients,and can be popularized and applied clinically.
