牙列缺损患者应用口腔种植修复法的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究应用口腔种植修复法治疗牙列缺损患者的临床效果。方法70例牙列缺损患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组接受固定义齿修复治疗,观察组接受口腔种植修复法治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、龈沟出血指数(SBI)评分、牙龈指数(GI)评分、菌斑指数(PLI)评分、满意度。结果治疗后,观察组患者美观效果、固位情况、舒适程度、语言功能、咀嚼功能评分分别为(9.20±0.60)、(8.71±0.43)、(8.79±0.50)、(9.60±0.30)、(8.70±0.52)分,均高于对照组的(6.19±0.54)、(5.19±0.40)、(5.38±0.42)、(6.09±0.27)、(5.40±0.39)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者SBI、GI、PLI评分分别为(1.19±0.27)、(0.88±0.20)、(0.75±0.24)分,均低于对照组的(2.48±0.30)、(1.58±0.25)、(1.49±0.28)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总满意度97.14%高于对照组的77.14%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用口腔种植修复法治疗牙列缺损患者可有效改善其美观、固位、舒适、语言以及咀嚼功能,SBI、GI、PLI也得以显著改善,患者治疗满意度较高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oral implant restoration in patients with dentition defect.Methods A total of 70 patients with dentition defect were divided into control group and observation group according to the random numerical table,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received fixed denture restoration treatment,and the observation group received dental implant restoration treatment.The therapeutic effect,sulcus bleeding index(SBI)score,gingival index(GI)score,plaque index(PLI)score,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of aesthetic effect,retention,comfort,language function,and chewing function of the observation group were(9.20±0.60),(8.71±0.43),(8.79±0.50),(9.60±0.30),and(8.70±0.52)points,which were higher than(6.19±0.54),(5.19±0.40),(5.38±0.42),(6.09±0.27),and(5.40±0.39)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SBI,GI,and PLI scores of the observation group were(1.19±0.27),(0.88±0.20),and(0.75±0.24)points,which were lower than(2.48±0.30),(1.58±0.25),and(1.49±0.28)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction 97.14%of the observation group was higher than 77.14%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral implant restoration can effectively improve the appearance,retention,comfort,language and chewing function of patients with dentition defect.The SBI,GI and PLI can also be significantly improved,and the patients'treatment satisfaction is high.
